Mouse problems
I've previously had mouse problems with GW, but now I have a new one. There's nothing wrong with the actual mouse, it's almost new (got it for christmas) and I had the same problem with my last mouse. The problem also occurs in GW only, not in any other applications. The issue is that my right mouse button doesn't "stick", meaning that when I click and hold it down (such as to rotate the camera or move while running) the movement isn't smooth, and it acts as if I'm tapping the mouse button instead of holding it. The cursor, which should disappear when holding down the right mouse button, blinks rapidly as if there's a poor connection that doesn't register that I'm keeping the button pressed constantly. This makes maneuvering very annoying and difficult because turning/rotating is chunky rather than smooth, and it sometimes causes me to click unwanted buttons because the cursor will sweep across the screen when it stops registering that I'm holding it while moving.
As I said, my mouse isn't the problem, it occurs with my other mouse as well, but only in GW and nowhere else. It's a Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 2.0, and had the problem from the moment I took it out of the plastic casing. It also occurs in the login screen so it's not caused by low frame rate or poor computer performance.
What do you suggest?
